Residential building complex “Priedes”  is located in Pupuķu Street 9, 11 (ex. Gulbju Street 68), quiet and peaceful neighborhood near pine forest. Easy to reach city centre, using new South Bridge.

Overall, it is planned to build four 5-storey buildings. In the first stage two buildings, in every house 40 apartments.
