Jurmala, Asaru street 53 (Asari)

In a quiet location in Jūrmala, amidst pine and birch trees, and in the block between Asaru Prospect 53, 57 and 59 and Vēju Street 7, SIA Dzintara Priedes is developing a major new project aimed at building a set of apartment buildings as a multifunctional complex, SKY GARDEN.  This project involves not just design and construction, but also the development of the surrounding environment, because this new project is much different than similar real estate projects in that the goal is to satisfy the main everyday needs of residents in an ergonomic, modern and cosy environment.  The new project is based on the advantages of the historical environment and nature, and these factors are synergised with the project design.

SKY GARDEN is a series of homes with a complete infrastructure.  It is a city in a city and the first project of its type in Jūrmala.  The developers have focused on all essential everyday requirements without which a cosy and comfortable life for modern individuals cannot be imagined – healthy food, utility services, beauty treatments, sports and relaxation.

There will be approximately 300 flats in the SKY GARDEN complex in Jūrmala.  The first building, at Asaru Prospect 53, has 48 flats.  It is a comfortable, modern and cosy building with ergonomically planned flats, underground parking facilities for automobiles and bicycles, a roof garden, and a closed yard with a wonderful playground for children.  Each apartment in this new building by the sea is very special, indeed.  First-floor flats have a terrace which allows owners to enter their apartment without using the central entrance.  The advantage for second-floor flats is a light and large balcony, while owners of third-floor flats will enjoy a little roof garden – a green and sunny roof terrace where they can relax or grow herbs, vegetables or flowers.  Or just some grass.

The roof garden brings together the home and the surrounding environment, and it allows all of the residents of the building to organise events on the common use terrace.  That terrace has a grill, a fireplace, a small equipped kitchen, and all utility services so that residents and their guests feel as comfortable as possible at every event.
